Socapex Cable Specification

Socapex cables are commonly used within the temporary events industry, supporting exhibitions, concerts and outdoor events. Our highly flexible multicore Socapex cable is widely used in the connection of lighting technology and dimmer racks in events of all types around the world.

The cable is provided as an 19 core cable, available in 1.5mm2 and 2.5mm2 core sizing. With flexible Class 5 copper conductors and a ‘double insulated’ PVC insulation and PVC sheathing, the Socapex cable is suitable for use in dry and damp environment. It’s also designed to withstand moderate mechanical stress and UV exposure when used outdoors.

Socapex cables can be used in free and fixed applications with a voltage rating of 300/500V.
