Tasked with orchestrating the ACWA Power Present Innovation Days, Event Makers embarked on a journey of creativity and precision. Over three days of intensive effort at KAUST, our team successfully delivered a comprehensive setup that encompassed a wide range of services. From installing LED screens of various specifications to providing podiums, customized tables, branded podiums, and state-of-the-art sound systems, our goal was to create an immersive environment conducive to innovation and collaboration. Additionally, we curated a visually stunning ambiance with an array of lighting fixtures, including moving head beams, washes, and spots, as well as Calypaky and Skylight effects. The event experience was further elevated with elegant red carpeting, golden-colored barriers with red roofs, and VIP seating arrangements for 1000 guests. Event Makers also facilitated logistical support, media services, live streaming, photography, videography, plasma screens, and microphone setups to ensure a seamless and engaging event.
