Madinah Airport: General Authority Civil Aviation (GACA), March- 2024


The Brief

Tasked with organizing the GACA event at Madina Airport, Event Makers embraced the challenge with enthusiasm and expertise. Our goal was to create a memorable and engaging experience for attendees, highlighting the advancements in civil aviation and the role of GACA in shaping the industry. To achieve this, we installed brand new LED screens with high-resolution P2.6 technology, ensuring clear and vibrant visuals for presentations and displays. Additionally, we provided moving head beam lighting fixtures to enhance the visual appeal of the event space. Through meticulous planning and execution, we aimed to showcase GACA’s commitment to excellence and innovation in civil aviation.
