Event Overview
In the esteemed setting of Madina Chamber, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Event Makers orchestrated a pivotal event focused on the General Authority Civil Aviation Strategy (GACA) in March 2024. With a comprehensive array of services and meticulous attention to detail, Event Makers transformed the venue into a dynamic platform for discussing the future of civil aviation in the region.
The Brief
Tasked with organizing the Madina Chamber event focused on the GACA strategy, Event Makers embraced the opportunity to facilitate impactful discussions and promote the advancement of civil aviation. Our goal was to create a memorable and engaging experience for attendees, highlighting the key aspects of the GACA strategy. To achieve this, we installed conference mics, sound systems featuring Line Array and Electro Voice speakers, LED screens, City colors, LED bar, and LED par_can lighting fixtures. Additionally, we provided brand new LED screens with high-resolution P2.9 technology, ensuring clear and vibrant visuals for presentations and displays. Our services also included production, fabrications, banners, posters, booths, videography, and logistical support to ensure a seamless and successful event.
